The eight day holiday is celebrated differently within Jewish communities, with each having its own unique traditions. Hanukkah starts on December 20th this year. With almost three weeks until it begins, there is time to plan. While you probably already have the basics, consider these ideas to add a little extra fun.

Kids enjoy playing games. Take a few minutes to print a few Hanukkah puzzle sheets. Consider things like word searches or a crossword puzzle. Add a little spice by turning it into a competition with the winner receiving a party favor. Pick the difficulty of the puzzle to correspond with the age.
