In a week it will be Thanksgiving. If you're eating at home, this is a busy day for the adults, but it can be a long day for the kids. Watching parades and television will entertain the kids for part of the day, but you don't want them screen-bound until dinnertime. You can ask them to help with some of the dinner preparation, but as a mom who's been there, sometimes too many little helpers actually makes more work. Big Baby
All you need are pajamas, a teddy bear and a pacifier. Add a bonnet for a full effect.
Barbie
Wear anything pink: pink dress, pink pants, pink top, pink jacket, pink shoes, pink hat. And add pink make-up and a long, blonde wig and you're good to go.

Wear a black leather jacket or leather vest, leather or black pants and a T-shirt (plain or with some hardcore logo). Complete the outfit with black, leather shoes, studded belts, black gloves and sunglasses. Don't forget to

World Card Making Day is October 2nd, as you may not have known -- I sure didn't. It's been celebrated for the past five years.

What would Mother's Day be without an assortment of homemade crafts being given as gifts? In the first part of this series, we had two simple crafts that make wonderful presents. However, if you're looking to give your mom something different this year, how about making items that she can use to pamper herself?

What you need:
1 bag of Epsom salt
bath dye*
bath scent
craft sticks
plastic bag
ribbon
disposable wine glass, optional
Directions:
Have the child scoop some salt onto a tray. Add a couple drops of dye and a couple drops of scent, and mix it

With Mother's Day right around the corner, it's time to start thinking about what you're going to give to mom this year. Sure, moms love homemade presents from their children, but these presents are even nicer when they're something that mom can use for herself, in her kitchen, or as a decoration.
